Allura Coaching, LLC Service Agreement DBA BMD Consulting

Services

BMD Consulting will provide Group Coaching Services, including Monthly Mastermind Calls and Training Modules.

Payment

Client agrees to pay $250 monthly. Client is responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes based on BMD Consulting’s income. Any disputes over fees will be resolved promptly.

Ownership & License

All deliverables and materials created by BMD Consulting are owned by BMD Consulting and are not “works made for hire”. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables and materials.

Termination 

Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (15) days of written notice.

Confidentiality

Information provided during coaching sessions will be kept confidential as allowed by law.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without any warranties. BMD Consulting’s liability is limited to the amounts paid under this agreement.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

General Provisions 

Amendments or waivers of any terms must be in writing and agreed by both parties.

Compliance 

Both parties will comply with all applicable laws.
